From last class Andrew and I have been working on finalizing the last of our speech and props. We met up a few times and went over the process and I am pretty confident we are on a good path. Our dry run went pretty well considering it was with our props and since we were able to look at the outline. We got a lot of good feedback from the class which was also very helpful. One of the biggest things that I got was to not look at the outline so much and work on eye contact. That made sense and was definitely something I had to work on because during the dry run I basically read off of it word for word. Something for the final is that I just need to remember that I know what I’m talking about and just get a little more comfortable being up there. Another big thing that we got was to slow down and I think that will also come with getting more comfortable, it’s just something that is going to take a little more time and rehearsal.
