After watching our video back I can see that we definitely did go a little fast paced. For our final draft we should make sure to slow down and really talk out what we are doing. We are teaching a skill to people who have essentially no idea how to do it so nobody will learn if we just zip through it. Another thing I personally need to work on is not looking at the outline so much. When we do our final I won’t have the outline up there with me so I need to be practicing without it. However even though we have some minor adjustments to make, I think our rough draft went really well. We were confident speakers up there and it was nice to work with the props so we could get an idea of how it would actually be. I feel good about this project because being up there with props and another person makes it a lot easier than being up there alone. It’s a lot less nerve wracking when you are sharing the nerves with someone else. Plus the topic is interesting so at least we are not talking about something boring or giving a speech about something neither of us care about.
