Working through this pandemic has taken an extreme mental toll on these nurses and it was mentioned that a lot of them became emotional while being interviewed. After conducting these studies, postdoctoral research fellow Lauren Ghazel worked to create a self care routine to help these nurses combat their stress and anxiety.

He continues on in the interview to talk about his heritage and what it was like being on the show. The interview ends with him letting students know that they can swing by the cafe for a treat and it also includes a recipe on how to make a white macadamia nut cookie.
