Project 1 writers memo

I am not yet completely confident with my draft so far. I think that I have been successful in gathering all the ideas I need and want to use in my essay but I just need to work on stringing them together better. Another area I may need to work on is not being so repetitive. For example in the bit of my draft that I have I feel like I may have said growth mindset about a 100 times.
